Through Network Membership, families receive six months of access to our Curated Caregiver Directory, along with waived booking fees throughout their membership period. Our directory connects families with a handpicked network of pre-screened, reliable caregivers — including babysitters, nannies, infant care specialists, tutors, family assistants, and more — ready to provide exceptional care when you need it most.

Each caregiver profile includes verified information regarding experience, certifications, availability, specialties, and caregiving approach, allowing families to find the right fit on their own timeline and based on their unique needs.

Families can browse locally curated caregiver profiles, filter by location, skills, and care preferences, and connect directly with caregivers who align with their family’s lifestyle and values.

Behind the scenes, every caregiver within our network receives ongoing support, professional development opportunities, and guidance in best practices. For families, this creates peace of mind through transparency, choice, and thoughtfully curated local talent. For caregivers, it provides visibility, flexibility, and professional representation within a trusted community.

Individual Caregiver Introductions 

Occasional Caregiver Introduction | $75
Ideal for families seeking care for a one-time or occasional need, including date nights, weddings, vacation care, or special events. We'll personally connect you with an available caregiver whose experience and availability align with the needs you've shared and coordinate a personalized introduction.

Long-Term Caregiver Introduction | $375
Designed for families seeking a long-term childcare solution. We'll personally identify a caregiver whose experience, qualifications, and availability align with the needs you've shared, coordinate a personalized introduction, and provide guidance throughout the interview and onboarding process.

Cape & Islands Nanny Network is not a placement or employment agency and does not employ caregivers. We operate as a referral-based network that connects families with pre-screened caregivers while offering guidance, resources, and support throughout the connection process. Each introduction is thoughtfully curated based on your family's unique childcare needs, schedule, and preferences. All hiring decisions, scheduling, compensation, and employment arrangements are made directly between families and caregivers.

• Self Pick-Up & Return | Complimentary
  Pick up your reserved items directly from Cape & Islands Nanny Network and return them at the end of your rental period.

• Delivery & Pick-Up | Starting at $50
  Your reserved items will be delivered to your vacation rental, residence, or requested location and picked up at the end of your rental period.

• Delivery, Set-Up & Pick-Up | Starting at $75
  Your reserved items will be delivered, brought inside, and set up when applicable. We will return at the end of your rental period to collect everything.

Available rental items include strollers, Pack 'n Plays, high chairs, sound machines, toys, books, and other family essentials. Families are welcome to reserve individual items or create a customized rental package based on their needs.

All rentals are subject to availability and should be reserved in advance. Photos of available rental items are available upon request. 

Delivery, setup, and service fees vary based on location, travel distance, rental dates, and the number or size of items reserved.

A $15 booking fee applies to each rental reservation and covers reservation processing, scheduling, and coordination.

Event Support – We assist with planning, coordination, and on-site caregiver support for family and community events across the Cape & Islands. Our goal is to help create meaningful experiences that connect families and caregivers in positive, engaging ways.

Family Lifestyle Photography Sessions designed to capture the genuine moments, connections, and memories that make each family unique.

These relaxed, storytelling-focused sessions are centered around authentic interactions rather than heavily posed photographs. Whether at home, on the beach, or in a favorite outdoor location, each session is designed to document the laughter, connection, and everyday moments that families will cherish for years to come.

Photography services are provided by founder Kalyani Clarke, who has spent years capturing special moments for families, friends, and community members. After receiving encouragement from clients and loved ones, Family Lifestyle Photography was added as an extension of Cape & Islands Nanny Network's family-centered services.

A combination of professional camera equipment and iPhone photography is used to create galleries that feel both polished and personal. Depending on the session, short video clips may also be captured and compiled into a keepsake family highlight reel.

Session Options:

• Family Lifestyle Photography Session (30 Minutes) | $75
  A relaxed, storytelling-focused photography session designed to capture genuine family connections and everyday moments. Includes unlimited photos, professional editing, and a private digital gallery.

• Family Lifestyle Photography Session (60 Minutes) | $150
  A longer photography experience allowing for additional locations, activities, and candid moments. Includes unlimited photos, professional editing, and a private digital gallery.

• Family Highlight Reel Add-On | Starting at $25
  Short video clips captured throughout your session and thoughtfully compiled into a keepsake highlight reel, perfect for preserving special memories in motion.

The goal of each session is simple: to create beautiful, meaningful images that reflect the unique story of each family in a comfortable and approachable environment.

Whether celebrating a special occasion or simply preserving a season of life, these sessions offer families the opportunity to create lasting memories through natural, heartfelt photography.

Each event includes intentional planning, a 2-hour hosted experience, and dedicated caregiver support to guide engagement, facilitate play, and ensure a smooth, well-paced flow throughout.

We offer three curated tiers— Essential, Signature, and Premium— based on the level of support and personalization you are looking for. 

Packages begin at $400.

Essential -
A simple, relaxed experience designed to support children’s presence at your event with ease and intention.
