As a career nanny, mentor, and entrepreneur, I’ve spent years working with children and families, witnessing firsthand the challenges parents face in securing reliable, high-quality care. Living in a seasonal community, I’ve also come to understand the importance of creating meaningful opportunities for both local youth and professional caregivers, especially during the quieter winter months when isolation can be a challenge.
